Each non-seagoing 4 x 6 ft. U.S Navy Rear Admiral flag (upper half) is made of white 100% nylon with 2 blue hand-sewn stars and two rows of stitching on the top and bottom, four rows of stitching on the fly end and finished with a side pole sleeve lined in flannel, with a tab sewn inside the pole sleeve to secure the flag to the pole. All our officer flags are made to U. S. Government Design Specifications.
