U.S. Army Corps of Engineer flag is fully sewn on Rayon fabric with two rows of stitching on all sides and finished with a lined pole sleeve that slides over a standard 1-1/4 in. pole with a velcro tab sewn inside the sleeve for attaching to a pole and white fringe.
