This 4th Substitute, size 6 signal pennant is made of heavyweight acrylic coated nylon fabric with two rows of stitching on all sides and four rows on the fly end. Finished with a large canvas header and finished with distance line, brass snap and ring. This Pennant is made to order, may take 2 weeks before shipping.
