Seeking enthusiastic, self-starter individuals to work at our brick & mortar location and website business. These professional individuals are enthusiastic about Merchandising, eCommerce and Customer Service and will touch on all aspects of the business, including marketing, quality control, finance, and production.
Responsibilities
- Assisting walk in customers, taking payments,
- Entering new orders by phone and website
- Follow up to customer email inquiries
- Work with a multi-line phone system
- Solving problem with orders
- Inventory control
- Data entry, SEO, social media
- General office duties
Computer Knowledge:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Experience with QuickBooks, setting up new customers, entering orders
Physical Requirements: The ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 30 pounds.
Must have excellent written, verbal and strong typing skills, outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills. Quick learner with the ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail. Must be a self-starter that can work independently in a busy office. Ability to exhibit extreme caution with sensitive data. Provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
